This is a calm, low-pressure space to slow down alongside others and explore somatic awareness through a felt-sense approach.
Together, embodiment is practiced by tuning into the body through breath, movement, sensation and presence.
Our Weekly Flow
Each week follows a simple, consistent flow with a new theme to guide the session. We begin with three grounding breaths and close with an option for gentle movement. Each session offers space to connect more deeply with the body through gentle, body-based exercises led by Maya.
Please note - this group is educational and experiential, not therapy or group processing.
